Frontend Software Engineer

We're looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to build modern web applications and internal platforms that power our advanced robotics and automation systems. You'll develop production-ready UIs for industrial environments, working directly with robotics, backend, and controls engineers to create user-facing workflows for manufacturing automation solutions deployed at some of the most advanced technology startups in the USA.

This role is ideal for engineers who want to build software connected to real-world systems—where your code directly impacts robotic operations and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build modern web applications and internal platforms using React and TypeScript

• Develop responsive and production-ready UIs for industrial and automation systems

• Collaborate with backend, robotics, and controls engineers to design user-facing workflows

• Create reusable frontend components and scalable UI architectures

• Work with APIs, real-time data, and asynchronous system communication

• Improve frontend performance, reliability, and developer experience

• Contribute to technical decisions, tooling, and frontend best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

Required:

• Strong experience with React and modern frontend ecosystems

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern UI development

• Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui

• Experience with TanStack libraries such as TanStack Query, TanStack Table, or similar tools

• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar

• Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling

• Familiarity with frontend tooling, linting, and development workflows

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving engineering environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Vite and modern build tooling such as Webpack or Babel

• Basic understanding of Docker and containerized development environments

• Interest in industrial automation, robotics, or hardware-integrated software

• Experience building data-heavy dashboards or operational interfaces
