Senior Project Manager - Engineering Execution

We R&D game-changing technologies in robotics and automation that impact the real world. Our Plovdiv office has grown into a team of 35+ engineers working across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines, delivering complex automation systems for global leading space companies.

We don’t do off-the-shelf. We don’t do easy. Our projects are complex, multidisciplinary, and time-critical, which means execution matters as much as engineering brilliance.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who owns delivery, brings clarity to chaos, and helps engineers focus on building instead of tracking work.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end execution of multiple complex engineering projects.

• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines in collaboration with engineering leadership.

• Be accountable for delivery reliability, ensuring commitments are realistic and met.

• Translate engineering discussions into clear, actionable tasks with minimal overhead for engineers.

• Actively track progress, manage risks, and surface problems early - no last-minute surprises.

• Coordinate work across mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

• Maintain a clean, trusted source of truth for project status, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Mentor and set standards for future Project Managers as the team grows.

• Provide clear, concise execution reporting to leadership.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience delivering complex technical or engineering projects.

• Strong execution mindset - you care deeply about deadlines and outcomes.

• Ability to understand technical trade-offs and ask the right questions, even outside your core discipline.

• High ownership mentality - you don’t wait to be told what’s broken.

• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

• Comfort working in fast-moving, imperfect, high-accountability environments.

• Ability to push for clarity and decisions when things are ambiguous.

What’s a Plus:

• Background in engineering, robotics, automation, or industrial systems.

• Experience working with hardware-heavy or multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Experience setting up or scaling project execution frameworks.

• Experience with lightweight project management tools (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, etc.).
